Patricia Feager  good morning, Patricia... tough market here for buyers with so little inventory and sellers are afraid to sell and not have something to go to in terms of a new purchase. So it's a stand-off. Meantime, with so little inventory home prices keep rising make them less affordable for many first-time buyers.

Hi Nina

There is so much to know when buying a home, especially for those doing so for the first time. The Guide is a great start but buyers really need to be in touch with you from the get-go!

Jeff Dowler, CRS hi Jeff. home buyers often don't realize how much thought and strategizing needs to go into the home purchase decision. That's when frustration and stress set in.
