On June 19, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values increased 2.9% at an average price of $530,000 in May of 2018 from an average price of $515,000 in April of 2018, and jumped 9.3% from $485,000 in May of 2017. While, homes sales gained 12.6% in May of 2018 from April of 2018, but lower 5.6% from May of 2017, in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
There were 3.4 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in May of 2018, down from 3.6 months in April of 2018, but up from 3.2 months in May of 2017. An average it took 20.0 days to sell a single family home in May 2018, declined from 21.0 days in April of 2018, but unchanged from 20.0 days in May of 2017, in Los Angeles Metro Area, California.
