The Gold Coast was created by Potter Palmer after the Great Chicago Fire. Lake Michigan lakefront helped to attract homebuyers and investors to the God Coast where some original mansions still exist today. The Gold Coast also offers Chicago buyers new condos, townhomes and single-family homes.

Lincoln Park not only has a 1,200-acre lakeside park but also has a beach. Some of Chicago’s most fabulous brownstones, DePaul University and the Lincoln Park Zoo make this a special Chicago neighborhood.

Old Town offers a wide architectural variety of homes for sale. Commuters love the convenience of Old Town where reasonably priced homes are usually available.

River North is Chicago’s art district. Art galleries and photography studios abound. However, the Wrigley Building, Trump Hotel, and Corn Cob Towers are among other notable architectural structures here.

Streeterville is lined with skyscrapers and is home to Chicago’s Magnificent Mile and the Navy Pier. Streeterville is certainly a bustling neighborhood.

West Loop is growing leaps and bounds. Condos and single family homes for sale in West loop tend to move fast.

South Loop lies just south of Chicago’s downtown and is the newest neighborhood to undergo amazing growth. Dearborn Station is the oldest rail station in Chicago. Mixed-use buildings are common in South Loop.
