This weeks report on home values for Mission Viejo and surrounding areas homes is prepared by a Mission Viejo Realtor Tim Lorenz. The report shows the Orange County Median Prices for resale homes were up 5.7 percent, new homes are up 17.2 percent and resale condos are up 1.9 percent. The sales volume is down for resale homes 7.1 percent, down 3.3 percent on condos and up 14.2 percent for new homes.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92691 sales prices are up 5.0 percent and the sales volume is down 28.6 percent.
Mission Viejo Zip Code 92692 sales prices are up 17.0 percent and the sales volume is down 9.3 percent.
Aliso Viejo Zip Code 92656 sales prices are down 10.4 and the sales volume is down 33.7 percent.
Laguna Niguel Zip Code 92677 sales prices are up 1.6 percent and the sales volume is down 19.5 percent.
Rancho Santa Margarita Zip Code 92688 sales prices are up 6.6 percent and the sales volume down 17.9 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92672 sales prices are down 14.0 percent and the sales volume is down 25.4 percent.
San Clemente Zip Code 92673 sales prices are up 5.1 percent and the sales volume is up 21.8 percent.
We are still seeing the slown down in the South Orange County market. We are seeing how this chang shakes out. Look at the huge down turn in San Clemente and see something is going on down here in South Orange County.
