During the past week, eight new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total available inventory remained steady at 118 available homes. Inventory remained steady because during the past week eight homes also went under contract. It remains a great time to both buy and sell.

The second home this week is a seven bedroom, three bath colonial style house with ~2,900 square feet of living space and close to an acre of property. The home has 200 feet of Round Lake frontage. This home cannot be accessed as it is in poor condition. No further information was provided.
45 South Main Street, MLS #4827018, listed at $289,900. A colonial style home in the village of Harriman is also available. This home, built in 1892, has four bedrooms, two baths, ~1,850 of square feet and 3.3 acres of land. There are hardwood floors, a rocking chair porch, two car detached stone garage and driveway.
22 Mine Road, MLS #4824184, listed at $369,900. This four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial home has ~2,400 square feet of living space and a half acre of land. There are hardwood floors and central air conditioning. The kitchen has taupe white-wash cabinets, granite counters and ceramic backsplash.
