Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - June 17 - 23, 2018

During the past week, eight new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total available inventory remained steady at 118 available homes. Inventory remained steady because during the past week eight homes also went under contract. It remains a great time to both buy and sell.

 

The new listings of single family homes that were added to Monroe real estate inventory were:

 

38 Fitzgerald Court, MLS #4829018, listed at $239,900. This three bedroom, one and a half bath townhouse has ~1,500 square feet of living space. The home has central air conditioning, wall-to-wall carpeting, a living room, dining room and kitchen on first floor with sliders to outside. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a full bath. The home has a heated one-car garage and deck.

 

10 Twin Lakes Road, MLS #4828534, listed at $275,000. The second home this week is a seven bedroom, three bath colonial style house with ~2,900 square feet of living space and close to an acre of property. The home has 200 feet of Round Lake frontage. This home cannot be accessed as it is in poor condition. No further information was provided.

 

45 South Main Street, MLS #4827018, listed at $289,900. A colonial style home in the village of Harriman is also available. This home, built in 1892, has four bedrooms, two baths, ~1,850 of square feet and 3.3 acres of land. There are hardwood floors, a rocking chair porch, two car detached stone garage and driveway.

 

22 Mine Road, MLS #4824184, listed at $369,900. This four bedroom, two and a half bath colonial home has ~2,400 square feet of living space and a half acre of land. There are hardwood floors and central air conditioning. The kitchen has taupe white-wash cabinets, granite counters and ceramic backsplash. Outside the home has a two-car garage, an in-ground heated pool and deck.

 

19 Arlington Drive, MLS #4829061, listed at $382,500. This four bedroom, two and a half bath home has ~2,000 square feet of living space and a third acre of land. The home is in the Arden Forest development. The kitchen was updated in 2017 and includes granite counters, a peninsula and under-counter lighting. There is also central air conditioning, hardwood flooring, skylights and vaulted ceilings. Outside is a two car garage, driveway, deck and in-ground pool.

 

9 Peterson Road, MLS #4828138, listed at $450,000. This colonial home has four bedrooms, two and a half baths, ~2,750 square feet and a half acre of property. There is a kitchen with center island, maple cabinets, granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The family room has a wood burning fireplace with french doors to the outside. The home has wood flooring and central air conditioning. Outside is a two car attached garage, driveway and back patio with awning.

 

154 Rye Hill Road, MLS #4828149, listed at $569,000. This 1913-built colonial home has five baths and three and a half baths with ~3,350 square feet and 2.2 acres of land. The home has pocket doors, wood finishes, leaded glass windows, a stone fireplace, ten foot ceilings and a wrap-around rocking chair porch. There is professional landscaping, a stone perimeter wall, waterfall and pond. In addition, this property has a heated salt-water pool, hot tub, two accessory apartments and five-car garage.

 

31 Deangelis Drive, MLS #4828702, listed at $675,000. The eighth home this week is a four bedroom, three and a half colonial in the Briarcliff subdivision. The home has 4,000 square feet and a half acre of land. There is central air conditioning, a kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, plus a 48-bottle wine fridge (author's comment - I would never be able to fill that wine fridge up; as soon as I added bottles, I would drink them).  The home has a sunken family room, two staircases to upstairs, master bedroom with tray ceilings and gas fireplace and master bath with jacuzzi and shower. Outside is a three car garage, driveway, landscaped fenced-in backyard, patio and outdoor speakers.
