Speechless Sundays - Summer Hostas
My Charlotte garden is growing by leaps & bounds this summer! Watching the Hostas grow from tightly bound circular tubes to spreading into large mounds of glorious green variegated foliage is so exciting - especially if you love gardening.
At the turn of summer, the Hostas bloom prolifically delicate lavendar flowers on long stems in the center of the large mounds of foliage. They are such a lovely addition to any garden, are quite hardy and are drought-resistant. Their foliage lasts for months and months in the landscape.
Happy Sunday!
