You may or may not have noticed where the title says really really great instead of just great or really great.
That is how our President of the United States writes and gets coitized about his English.
Yet he has more money than the person coitizing, and more money than I have, and he is the one who was elected President of the United States.
1 We will get right to the point. Lack of communications. And since I entered the field it is the number one complaint according to the National Association of Realtors.
All you must do is take three minutes, call the client twice a week, and you will stand out in their mind over any agent they have had in the past.
2 Return calls. Is that simple or is your head in the wrong place. Making this a habit of a couple times a day, or even interrupting some of the daily tasks to slip it in.
3 Mail the client a note once every 10 days. Another simple, easy inexpensive task.
4 When the appropriate time comes, ask (the right way) for referrals.
5 Compliment the client. Whether it is the room that is painted purple, or the five rose bushes in front of the home, or their dog, or their baby. Again simple.
You know we think we are more blessed than most people in the world, so why can’t we act like we are.
6 Hold the door for the client. You will be the first agent that ever has. It will blow their mind.
7 Say please, thank you, yes mam, yes sir often.
