This is exactly what is happening in Chicago. Vista Tower, a 95-story skyscraper that is being built in downtown Lakeshore will contain luxury hotels and condos overlooking Lake Michigan and Chicago River. There will be a garage of Tesla vehicles where members can participate in the car-sharing program. Leila Zammata, senior vice president of sales at the building Magellan Development Group notes that this allows individual to travel outside the community without the hassle of leasing/owning a personal vehicle.. As of now, we know that the Tesla’s reservation system will occur via a phone application. With plans to open up in 2019, Vista Towers will be a sleek modern addition to Chicago’s skyline.
