I post photographs in a number of Facebook groups. Our Flower World is a Facebook group with over 17,000 members. If you have an interest in flowers or flower photography, you may wish to join this group. Click on the link to reach the group.

On July 2, Gaithersburg joined in the national celebration of Park and Recreation Month, an initiative of the National Recreation and Park Association, with the issuing of an official Mayor and City Council proclamation. This year's theme, "A Lifetime of Discovery," challenges children and adults to explore the "undiscovered" roles of local parks and recreation.
