In the latest “series” on The Real Estate Sizzle, I am going to counsel buyers, in this “Buyer’s Market”, about where to find a “bargain”, or a “foreclosure, in some of the best neighborhoods in the Tampa Bay area.
Using the “Law of Supply and Demand”, the more inventory in a particular neighborhood, the more “flexible” sellers may be on price. So, I am going to help buyers find some great deals in some of Tampa’s favorite neighborhoods. Today, we’ll talk about Westshore Yacht Club… A gated, waterfront community in South Tampa, this is the ideal location for anyone working from home, downtown Tampa, or 
Downtown St. Petersburg.
The Bay Club, within the community, is a waterfront members-only facility with bar, dining room, billiard room, marine store, spa and fitness center, pool and outdoor bar, along with dock space for over 100 boats. I recently hosted my daughter’s wedding there, so I can attest to the great food and atmosphere. The residents at Westshore Yacht Club LOVE living there! You can see the video I shot last year, as the club was just opening!
Now is the time to take advantage of some great prices in the community! Current listings on Townhomes are available from $350,000, Condominiums are starting in the $500,000’s and Single Family Homes are available, both waterfront and non-waterfront, from the $600,000’s. There are over 40 properties available at Westshore Yacht Club…many of them are below “builder” prices!
