The Push into July

It’s another hot day in Denver.  Denver property management is usually hardest at this point in the year.  There are many factors that come into play at the end of June.  The first is the heat.  This is conveniently when air conditioners begin to fail, and people begin reporting loss of cooling across the city.  It is usually always the hottest days of the year that this happens.  With the tripe digit weather comes the punishing dryness from the sun.  Lawns can take a beating this time of year and combined with the watering restrictions, the yellow patches will just begin to take over.  This transition into July means that showings take a slight dip the week into July.  This fourth of July holiday may be a little different as it is on the preceding Wednesday.  Smack dab in the middle of two weekends, it will be curious to see how it breaks for people.  Do you take a long weekend off and head into work on Thursday and Friday?  Or do you simply take Wednesday through the weekend off?   Or maybe you have a company that will only allow you to take Wednesday off and no other days.  However, it happens, we will be available for Denver property management every day next week except for the government mandated holiday.  It’s what we do.
