The average sale price was down 4% versus April and up 6% over May 2017. The average price per square foot decreased 2% from April, and was up 4% year over year for the Parkside. The average days on market decreased 28% versus April and was down 25% over May 2017. The inventory of homes on the market is at a 2.44 month’s supply, still marking a strong seller's market. The 12 month moving average, $310,188 is up 7% from last year, staying consistent over the past year. The number of homes currently on the market ratcheted up to 108, while the number of homes currently under contract in the Parkside is 75, foretelling a strong report in June.
