Hi All,
I was doing some MLS work today, and I wanted to check the year vs year for 2007 and 2008 up to today.
For those of you who do not know Tallahassee, the vast majority of folks if they had their choice would live in the NE of Tallahassee and Leon County. I think the reason is the Schools for that area attract the best.
Elementary Schools like Hawks Rise, Killearn Lakes, Desoto Trail, Roberts, Gilcrest & Bucklake have some of the best reputations among parents. The Middle Schools at Deerlake, Cobb, Swift Creek, and the newest one yet to be named at the Roberts Elementary location have awesome parent support like the elementary schools do.
There are 3 High Schools in the NE of Tallahasse that have a great Fan base to pull from as well. Chiles, Lincoln, and Leon are 3 offering great educational opportunities to the NE Tallahassee Resident.
Anyway, enough about the Schools. Here is what I found.

Interesting numbers. It will be interesting to see how the Month of May finishes.
