     All my friends know that I love real estate and if I could, I would work 24/7.  But, there are times when I have to set real estate aside.  I have another passion and that's to "give back" to my community to those who are less fortunate.

Good day Karen,

On behalf of the students and parents of Orchard Villa Elementary School I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for the toys, books and other educational supplies that you donated to our school on the behalf of your company. These items will be used in our Positive Behavior Store this impending school year.

As mentioned before, our students are very poor and cannot purchase these items regularly. This Store will give them the opportunity to earn points based on appropriate behaviors and redeem them for very nice products.
