Kula Home Sales
As of April 30, 2008, there were 17 single family home sales in Kula year-to-date, compared with 26 sales this time last year.
Total dollar volume fell 10%.
The average price was $1,415,285, compared with $1,026,646 this time last year, up 38%.
The median price for a home was $1,100,000 compared with $772,500 a year earlier, an increase of 42%.
On May 26, an MLS search showed 59 Kula homes for sale.
