I think it looks nice...the only thing I wasn't crazy about is the way it does not all fit on the screen and you have to use the scroll bar at the bottm to go across the page.  I especially liked your testimonial page....cool with the testimony next to the house purchased.

Looks like a high quality sight. Featured homes are a great way to showcase listings and gain prospective sellers. Things you may want to adjust: Load time was long, opening page may have too much on it. Have your picture with contact information at the top of the home page. Hope this helps.

I agree with the first comment in regards to the width of the page.  It is very difficult to read when you have to keep scrolling left to right for each sentence.  I tend not to read sites that force me to read in this manner.  The width of your pics may be the determining factor in this equation.  Wide pics tend to stetch the screen.  Consider making those 3 large pics smaller, or add a fourth and put them two over two.  The other alternative may be to put your text in "blockquote" format to shorten the width of the text area so that one doesn't have to scroll left to right and back again to read.

Something to consider researching...I think I remember reading at some point in the past that lighter brighter colors produce better results in regards to websites.  I'm not sure if I am accurate about this though.  Marketing is a fickle thing, it may be worth researching.

Regarding your blog page...I did notice a typo...almost half way through your description under your picture, look at the phrase "answers their questions."  You accidentally inserted an "s" on the end of answer.
