Sacramento County Listing and Sales Statistics for June 2018

Sacramento County experienced a 29.9% increase in number of homes listed FOR SALE in June 2018 vs. the same month a year ago.

For the same period there was a -8.2% decrease in homes SOLD. Pending Sales increased 4.5%.

Interest rates continue to remain reasonably low.  For those able to find suitable homes, it's a GREAT time to buy.

Great information, Myrl, for the buyers and sellers in Sacramento County.  That is a substantial increase in new listings June 2017 and June 2018.

The increase in new listings seems a bit surprising though Yountville now has 7 and last June it was 4, cheers cvc
