Purchased for $647,500 in 4/06, Plantation 1212 is listed for $620K. Hanalei Bay Resort J13 is priced at $1.349M as it comes to market. The last sale was for $177K in 7/96.
Back on the Market:
Puamana 12B went into escrow on 2/19 and is now back on the market still priced at $599K. The seller bought this condo for $285K in 10/12.
Contingent:
After 269 days on the market, Pali Ke Kua 119 went into escrow with a list price of $989K. The sellers bought this condo in 10/07 for $807,500.
Sales:
Kaiulani 75 sold for $950K cash while priced at $975K. The purchase price in 10/15, when the sellers bought it, was for $780K.
Kaiulani 34 closed at $2M, while listed for $2.299M. The last sale was in 6/07 from the developer for $1,989,260.
Plantation 921 came on the market showing as sold for $629K with a list price of $639K. The condo sold in 10/05 for $750K and was foreclosed on by the bank in 6/18.
Withdrawn:
Puu Poa 102, priced at $1.175M, was withdrawn after 390 market days. The prior sale was for $920K in 7/13.
Temporarily Withdrawn:
Plantation 711 was temporarily withdrawn while priced at $629K aster 122 market days. The last sale was in 4/13 for $425K.
Price Changes:
