Impressive numbers once again Nina Hollander . Knowing your level of professionalism I have no doubt that the shortage of inventory is hardly slowing you down if even at all. More likely you are causing the shortage by being red hot on the sales team.

Bob "RealMan" Timm hi Bob... the lack of inventory is very much slowing my sales down... if there's nothing to buyer my buyers can't write a contract. The sales ultimately happen but I am spending way more time with each buyer than I used to.

Beth Atalay hi Beth... I've seen all kinds of cycles in 25 years, but I have to admit I've never see quite anything like this level of low inventory with so much buyer demand. And it's so frustrating for entry level buyers.
