Weekend Wine Review Elias Pinot Noir 2015

By
Industry Observer

We had this with our Friday evening meal, we had spaghetti as it was something easy to fix after our long flight home. We had this wine with our Hanna Club Shipment so we thought we would give it a whirl. It was not my favorite Pinot but went well with the spaghetti. It is light ruby red in color, it is more earthy on the palette versus fruity and a medium texture. Not a bad Pinot but not my favorite but again remember wine is so subjective. Happy Monday!

Yolanda,

We used to drive by the Hanna Winery on our way to Healdsburg.  It has been years since we tried their wines.  Thanks for the review. A

That would go well with spaghetti. Now you make me want to have some.

I agree with that, it is certainly subjective.  I have enjoyed wines that others said they disliked.

Yolanda, sounds like a great trip, and spaghetti would be an easy meal to prepare with some wonderful wine.
