I showed Bay front property Saturday to a couple from Rockville. We focused on homes in Calvert County. The views were breath-taking. Even the turtles stopped to take it all in...

Craig, those are some magnificent views.  So did your clients buy a home with one of these views?

Great photos.  I know these places well.  I actually caught a small Largemouth Bass in that spot in the Chesapeake Ranch Estates, IF it is along Catalina Drive.  Sure looks familiar.

I love the Chesapeake Ranch Estates.

C - Good morning. We had seven properties on tour and none were dissapointing.

Brian - Hi! No, not yet. One thing to keep in mind when purchasing property on the Cliffs of the Western Shore is erosion. Wind and wave action eats away at the land. The State has a website that shows where the shoreline used to be. I'll write about that and post later.

Lorinda - The views were great and the Bay breeze fantastic.

Leesa - Hi! I hope you have a great Memorial Day too and thanks for stopping by.

Rob - Occasionally I get to show property like these. Great views indeed. There are some really good deals out there.

Lenn - Hi! Yes, most of these homes were off of Catalina Drive in Chesapeake Ranch Estates. The beach views were around Cove Point. Rockfish is good eating! I'd take a grilled Rockfish over a steak ANY day.

Don - Trying to make you jealous? No way... just sharing some wonderful views. :-) But these pictures don't do justice to the experience. The feel and smell of the Bay breeze is fantastic.
