Sales activity and prices dipped a bit in the Anthem Country Club real estate market in June. The total number of homes sold in the Country Club was down 28% versus May, and down 38% versus June 2017. The average sale price fell by 6% against May, but was up 3% year over year. The price per square foot also decreased 1% from May and was up 6% year over year as well. The days on market jumped 36% over May, but was down 5% year over year. The burn rate, (or homes under contract versus homes on the market) is now 4.59 month’s supply, still a buyer's market. The 12 month moving average was flat, now standing at $429,930. There are now 79 homes on the market in the Club, down 8% from May. With only 22 homes currently under contract it looks like July will be an even slower month in the Anthem Country Club real estate market.
