It wasn't the closing gift...we hadn't given it yet...It was....being genuine in the service you provide. Making sure that Clients are informed...of every step in the process of buying or selling..that you become the valued resource in all things real estate. That not everything is a "link and and email"....that they have printed materials that are easily referred to during the process. It can be the education of a first time buyer...or the refreshing of the steps in the process for clients who have not bought or sold in a while...things change. Reminders...a reference...a guide that updates people on the processes involved is sooo welcome.
It's a part of providing the service that clients expect and deserve...and when it shows.....the results are happy clients...and referrals to their family and friends.
