The Anthem Parkside real estate market warmed up a little bit in June. Home sales increased 9% from May but were down 18% year over year. The average sale price increased 4% versus May and was up 4% over June 2017. The average price per square foot increased 1% from May, and was up 6% year over year for the Parkside. The average days on market increased 8% versus May and was down 2% versus June 2017. The inventory of homes on the market is at a 2.44 month’s supply, still marking a strong seller's market. The 12 month moving average, $311,270 is still up 7% from last year, staying consistent over the past year. The number of homes currently on the market clicked down to 105, while the number of homes currently under contract in the Parkside is 73, signalling another strong report in July.
