. If you are going to be totally and completely honest with yourself...there are times in your business and in your life...when things get to be ..."same old\same old" and the routine is just that...you get up and d
o what you always do at the times you always do them...and you can start to feel like you are in what we call "rutt status." The easiest thing to do...is stay there...it requires no thought....no effort...and as a result..you get "no change." The rut remains whether it is personal or professional....and often overlaps in both areas.
Some people find comfort in "living the expected"...the assurance that they know because it's Wednesday...they will do this...get that..it's this time of day...they do this. People who are self employed and truly revel in the entrepreneurial spirit,...get restless with the "same old/same old." Sometimes, you become a bit "unconscious" and you are satisfied with 
the status quo....you make enough money...you have enough time to do what you want/need to do...life is good.(She says with the wisdom of recent experience.) The thought that it can be "BETTER" doesn't enter your mind. Like a pair of comfortable old slippers...that old pair of jeans or sweatshirt...it just "works" for what you need it to do/be.
Then one day...afternoon...night...the thought enters your mind that life could be different...and YOU have the power to change it ! It can start with little things that change in what may have become routine in your life. Think about what you do every day...or week or month ...the same way. OR it may be physical/cosmetic things from the color of the lipstick you wear...to the walls in the living room...the arrangement of the furniture...the organization of the office...the times you take a walk..take a break...what you eat..how you exercise. Change can take lots of 
forms..and the degree to which you make the change will be directly proportional to the impact it has on your life.
For those of you who read our posts regularly...you know what our BIG change was recently. Know this...you have never done something too long one way to make a change...you aren't too old...nothing is such an ingrained habit you can't look at things differently...do them differently...and be surprised at the outcome.
We can only tell you that one Big Change begets another...and the flow of positive change is such an energizing and wonderfully exciting feeling..it is what we wish for all who read this however you choose to make positive changes in your life.
Grab that bottle of "Life Vitamins"...it's yours for the taking...go ahead change your diet...move the couch...paint the bedroom...look at business...find a niche....and begin a new and improved "happily ever after" that you design to make your own life the very best it can be !
