Important Article on Louisiana's Coastline

Real Estate Agent with RE/MAX N.O. Properties

I just came across a very important Times Picayune Special Report on  The multi-part feature highlights the disappearance of the Louisiana coast.  By using slideshows, interactive graphics, and written articles, the Times Picayune successfully outlines how the Louisiana coast was created, how it has disappeared, and why it is so vital that we restore the coast (and restore it quickly).  This special edition is a must read for anyone living in this area and anyone interested in preserving one of our nation's most prized and culturally rich areas.

While I certainly do not claim to have had any part in the creation of this special report, I feel that I must make sure that the info is viewed by as many people as possible.  This topic is important to me primarily because, according to the report, without addressing the situation, my city and life as I know it will end within 10 years.

Please read and view the information and join the fight to restore our wetlands

The special report section can be viewed here:
