You know just how hard we work to promote and protect your best interest.  Our listings all have a professional Videographer take between 20 - 30 Professional Photos for the Virtual Tour.  All of our listings are promoted on about 10 Facebook Real Estate Pages.  We send direct emails to Realtors in the Santa Clarita Valley & San Fernando Valley as well as Antelope Valley other Southern California locations.  We have a data base of over 2,500 past, present and future clients that might have an interest or have friend and family with an interest.   Your listing is marketed prior to hitting the MLS to create demand in order to get feedback on pricing and conditon so we don't waste valuable days on market once your listing reaches the MLS.  We know your community as well as the benefits of your home.  You know for sure that we will try to get you top dollar and the highest qualified buyer and will meet with anyone at anytime so as to not miss an opportunity to get people into the home.  We live just a few minutes away and respond instantly to all inquiries by cell, text and email.  We have a great reputation in the community.  Other Realtors want to work with us because we are honest and fair.  RE/MAX of Valencia is the number one company locally and your listing will even more exposure from our RE/MAX promotions.  The remax website is among the top seached in real estate.  Many Realtors refuse to show discount brokers listings as well.  The more people that see your home the bestter chance at selling at top dollar with the best chance of multiple offers and possibly receiving an all cash offer or one that the buyer removes appraisal and other contingencies.

I have actually had agents say that they won't show these discount brokers' listings - for the reasons of ill-representation on the LA's part and the low commission offered.

While I disagree with their stance and do show my buyer clients ANY and all listings that fit their criteria, I do know it happens and it ultimately costs the sellers more money in the long run than just the commission that they THINK they are saving.

Let's face it you get what you pay for . People would not list with the top agents if we were not worth it . Tony Lewis  you may want to reconsider taking the listing  Let them list with the discount broker and tell them they are welcome to come list with you when it does not sell.  ... Walk Away from this listing  Be confident you are the one to get them top dollar ..They may not be worth your time if they do not respect your worth

My mom went to see some property, did not get the listing and was happy about it - overpriced, sellers choose discount broker, won't sell anyway. :)

Blah, Blah, Blah--Geez, how about features and benefits. Remember folks there are brokers--period! They are not "Discount" brokers as you are then assuming a certain fixed % exists. I always take the high road. I always explain if needed, that different models exist to solve certain seller needs. Denigrating a "discount" broker is not answering the question. "So what did the broker offer you?" is the logical question. "Why is that attractive to you?"
