We recently sold a condo in Atlantic Station to a very busy scientist who traveled often. In fact, he would be leaving right after Closing!
Atlanta Homes ODAT Realty offers Concierge Service to our wonderful Clients - agents for life here for sure - so we arranged for the carpet cleaning for him.
Closing was scheduled for morning and Carpet Cleaning for the afternoon. The bedrooms would be dry and ready before the weekend when the Buyer would return to move in.
I stayed to see the process because of all the compliments I had heard about Mike.
First, he cared for the wooden floors by covering the surfaces with thick mats to guard against any marks from the strong equipment.
Second, he covered his own shoes before even entering the Condo unit.
Third, he was meticulous about emptying out the water from the cleaning process. And that water was REALLY dirty even though the carpet didn't look bad to start with when we arrived.
In the Atlantic Station Condo where Mike cleaned carpets for us, we requested the addition of ScotchGuard carpet protectant after the cleaning. He had special brushes to use to be sure the carpet pile was thoroughly treated.
