Today’s View – July 16, 2018 – New Market, Md. 21774 – Detached Homes

This is a market report for existing detached homes in New Market, Md. 21774.  At the time of this report (7/16/2018) not including new construction 29 such homes are on the market FOR SALE, another 31 under contract, and 22 have sold in the last 30 days. The Absorption Rate (Active/30 day sold) is 1.32 which is considered a normal market.

Last week only 4 were added to the market, 4 went under some form of contract, and 3 successfully completed the sale process. 

While the minimum lot size is just .05 acres and the maximum lot size is 5.5 acres, the median is .23 acres.
