When we think about baseball games part of the experience are the food vendors hawking their wares. It always amazes me the accuracy they have in pitching a bag of peanuts to people sitting in the middle seats of the aisle. The whole food/drink/ice cream/hotdog or what have you has been worked out. You buy a beer and it is passed down the row while the money is passed towards the vendor. It's a well-oiled machine and works incredibly well.
In Real Estate the transaction structural process has been honed to a fine art (sort of). When the right agents are involved the process of the Real Estate transaction works very well. Agents act as the "vendor" by guiding the transaction through the process.
BUT, that's not why I have written this blog today. Do you know what today is?
