Real Estate Market Trends for Grapevine Texas 2018                             Debbie Gill Realtor

 I wanted to share some valuable information regarding recent statistics for the Grapevine, Texas real estate market.

 

As a local agent and home owner it's imperative to be on top of the market.   Recent stats reflect growing inventory, number of sales declining and longer days-on-market.   Inventory has been so low for so long we’re hoping to see a continued increase.  We’re not getting the number of showings we’ve had in the past and not as many multiple offers.  These stats are indicators of the market; so, if you’ve been on the fence about selling now is the time.  Otherwise, it could be several years before we see another “seller’s market”.  For the past few years they've been saying that 2018 would be "the year" the market will start to transition from a seller's market into a buyer's market.    I'm seeing the signs that's why timing the market is so important.  

 

One of the first things I tell my clients is "it's all about you" NOT me.  I put my client’s needs first and in doing so I strive to make the process of buying or selling as STRESS FREE as possible.
