Janie- Those are interesting stats. Let's see, how many agents belong to the board there? Divide them to the sales and we see that there are not enough sales in the last 6 months for each agent to even have one sale. The aborption rate is up there still, but it is coming down. I think we are at the bottom up here, but Miami has a bit more way to go to reach the acceptable levels.
