Statistic showed an increase in sales volume from 1017 for second quarter 2017 to 1035 for second quarter 2018. Median sales price also increased from $342,500 for second quarter 2017 to $358,200 for second quarter 2018. Days on the market for all homes in 2018 was shorter than in 2017 except for homes $751k and above. List Price to Sale Price also increased from 0.8% to 1.1%.
