On July 23, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that homes values unchanged 0.0% at an average price of $360,000 in June of 2018 from an average price of $360,000 in May of 2018, but jumped 4.3% from $345,000 in June of 2017. While, homes sales decreased 1.2% in June of 2018 from May of 2018, and fell 14.5% from June of 2017, in Inland Empire, California.
There were 3.7 months supplies of available inventory of single family homes in June of 2018, up from 3.6 months in May of 2018, and higher from 2.9 months in June of 2017. An average it took 25.0 days to sell a single family home in June 2018, declined from 27.0 days in May of 2018, but rose from 23.0 days in June of 2017, in Inland Empire, California.
