On July 23, 2018, California Association of Realtors (C.A.R) reported that condo and town-homes values increased 1.8% at an average price of $482,930 in June of 2018 from an average price of $474,400 in May of 2018, and higher 7.0% from $451,450 in June of 2017. While, condo and town-homes sales decreased 0.3% in June of 2018 from May of 2018, and declined 7.1% from June of 2017, in California.
There were 2.3 months supplies of available inventory of condo and town-homes in June of 2018 unchanged from 2.3 months in May of 2018, but up from 2.2 months in June of 2017. An average it took 13.0 days to sell a condo and town-home in June 2018, same as from 13.0 days in May of 2018, but down from 14.0 days in June of 2017, in California.
