A ranch came up that we looked at and except for the Federal Pacific panel box was a good remodel and fit her needs. It also was a bit overpriced and she went to talk to her husband.
In the meantime, I received an email and text message that an offer was incoming and wanted to know if we were going to write an offer. As circumstances worked out we could not get an updated approval and did not write the offer.
Today, while checking new and expired listings the home, had expired yesterday and today is back as a new listing and a new price!
This "TEAM" now has me wondering if this is the game they play as it is the second time in a year!
