Exceeding My Expectations
I was very anxious and excited to see the finished product. Honestly, I did not know what to expect. After all, thousands of people are going to be seeing this commercial and I want to provide a marketing venue that buyers and sellers alike will appreciate. My goal is to always exceed my clients' expectations and that is what Sedona.TV did for me!

Randy Rieger who is the sales representative for Sedona.TV, really helped me stay focused, calm and relaxed. Randy works closely with Lee Isreal, who is a real pro in the work he did to create the final product. A seasoned videographer, who is also an expert in the art of post production. Of course, my husband, Rick, was there every step of the way helping me with the entire process. Rick and I enjoyed working with the professionalism that Randy and Lee displayed.
The Sedona.TV website has a section that features Sedona real estate and yours truely! This is just one more way I can reach out to buyers from all over the world who come to Sedona to visit. Many love it so much, they buy a home here. One of the reasons I chose to market myself and my listings was to have another tool in the toolbox for my clients, especially clients who are interested in luxury homes.

I am the only person marketing on Sedona.TV as a REALTOR®. My clients get the added benefit of television exposure to a wide variety of visitors to our area. Sedona now has international appeal especially in the Asian and European markets. Nobody else can offer a TV commercial as an included service at no additional cost to the Sedona real estate seller. Visitors are the ones who buy second homes or vacation homes. Many are looking to retire here and want to get a foothold on the market.
In the past, I have always looked at ways to market my listings that was different from others. I consider myself to be a concierge type of real estate agent, who offers bespoke service. I cater to clients who are not local residents. These type of clients need an agent who will be able to be there when they are at their main home and cannot hop on a plane or take a long car ride to handle an issue. Sellers appreciate the extra care I take with their home especially when they cannot be there. This is why I consider myself "YOUR Solutions REALTOR®".
Each client who is not local, will have different needs that may require a unique solution. I work with these clients to help bridge that gap. An example might be that a plumbing problem arises or other work needs to be done. I can let repair people into the home and make sure I communicate the needs of the seller.
Buyers realize that I listen to their priorities, wants and desires in a home. I can preview homes and let a client know if this is a home they need to see. I spend more time communicating to these buyers and sellers to make sure all the bases are covered. They know they can trust me.

This 90 minute show features businesses throughout Sedona and Village of Oak Creek.
The segments include the communities of Uptown Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Gallery Row, Village of Oak Creek, West Sedona, and the Verde Valley including Jerome and Clarkdale. These are all areas that I can offer helpful experience to clients.
Every hotel and residence in Sedona and the Village of Oak Creek have access to Sedona.TV on Channel 16. I can remember watching this to learn about the area and businesses when we came to visit before purchasing our Sedona home. Lots of tourists and future residents do the same thing to help them decide what they want to see and where they want to dine.
Eighteen years ago, I was one of these people who was looking for a second home. This is one of the reasons I feel compelled to help these type of clients.
My commercial starts the West Sedona segment and quickly gives an overview of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage at the "Y".
I end the marketing segment with "I will tailor real solutions to fit your specific needs."
