Is that house really sold?

By
Real Estate Agent with The Romanski Group/ Keller Williams Realty

There's nothing quite as heart-breaking as losing a house you love. But a sold sign doesn't necessarily mean it's over.

If you drive by a property with a sold sign in the yard - and you want to know more about it - call me and let me find out the story.

Many times, these homes are accepting back-up offers or the home may be back on the market soon depending on the buyers financing, inspections, etc.

If a property is accepting back-up offers, a seller can negotiate an offer with you still that is considered to be in second place.  Should something fall apart with the first offer, your offer would then move into 1st position and you will be on your way to closing.

Call me at 765-532-6148 if you would like information about a specific property.
