Introducing a genius combination of tiny home efficiency, top notch materials, and ease of portability. Werner Aisslinger designed the LoftCube. The aim was to help ease the overcrowding of urban Berlin, Germany by creating rooftop communities on top of the large, flat topped city buildings.
He designed a 430 square foot cubical structure that is easy to build and take apart, using high quality materials, and has everything you would need to live in while maintaining efficiency of space.
This cube can be built almost anywhere, literally. It doesn’t require a laid foundation. Though the price may be expensive (139,000 to 366,000 EUR), this is a home you can take with you for the rest of your life. It’s probably the most exciting tiny home I’ve ever seen.
