Sometimes we work with a buyer for a short time. We look at a few houses, we help you buy one, everything goes smooth and in about 4 weeks from the first time we met, you're in your new home!
Other times it's a more extended process. Literally, I've had buyers I've worked with for years from initial contact until they moved in to the PERFECT home for them!
In each case, we take great care to protect our client's needs, provide them guidance through the process and appreciate the opportunity to be the real estate agent you chose out of thousands of agents that serve the Greater Cincinnati area.
So we have two favors to ask of our past clients.
First, you know people we don't. LOTS of them. And sometimes those folks are going to mention they're thinking about buying or selling a home. Could you put in a good word for us? Give them our phone number, or ask if it's okay for us to call them. You've got their trust and there's no amount of advertising that we can do that will give us the same kind of start as your personal word vouching for us.
Second, could you help us with our online presence? You see it more and more. People trust the knowledge of crowds. They'll go in a Facebook group and ask for a recommendation for a plumber, a handyman, and sometimes a real estate agent. I know when I had to switch primary care physicians recently, one thing I considered was reviews. So whether you drop in a good word for us in a Facebook group, or leave a review for us, you're helping us tremendously. A few words on our Facebook business page, Google My Business, Yelp, Angie's List, etc., those words may be the difference between another person giving us the opportunity to help them, or skipping us to call another agent.
