I feel a little bit silly when I rely on reviews, yet I do. Like, I can't buy that bath tub that fits every criteria I have because it doesn't have as many reviews as this other bath tub that I really do not like.
Plus, I read something on Yelp the other day that encouraged us not to ask for reviews because Yelp wants people to only post when they feel "inspired" to do so. So they must like the 1-stars because people rarely feel "inspired" to post much else unless we ask for a favor. People often forget to say thank you.
Reviews are certainly part of our review process, yet I've always been hesitant to actually "impose" on our clients and ask for them.
Nice way to ask for review. Most people would write a review if asked this way.
I know I need to make more of an effort to increase our review counts on various sites. Consumers use them, and I have a scarcity of them because I haven't asked often.
That pat on the back...lines of recognition for service rendered and put on line is gratefully accepted !
That is is!
