A carbon of yesterday. Unseasonably cool about 70 downtown but beautiful here in LA. Tonight the Lakers vs the Spurs which should be a good game.
Today is brokers caravan. This is when real estate agents tour new houses on the market. Overall the vibe we're getting from most agents --- things are starting to pick up which is positive news from the trenches.
From the headlines:
Reuters --- U.S. stocks rose at the open on Tuesday, reversing direction after Wall Street's worst week in three months, after oil prices pulled back more than $2 a barrel and amid talk about a potential bid for the largest U.S. brewer.
Did the price of gas, over 4 bucks a gallon here, impact your plans this memorial day weekend? Traffic was noticeably lighter on the west side. I noticed it only took us an hour of time in the car to drive from Hollywood to the hills of Brentwood. That trip was in light traffic. It's getting crowded over here.
