Monroe NY Real Estate Inventory - July 22 - 28, 2018

During the past week, five new single family homes came on the market in Monroe NY. Total available inventory decreased slightly from 139 to 137 available homes. The market remains relatively balanced, with some homes selling quickly. Buyers also continue to have a healthy choice of inventory. It's a great time to buy or sell.

 

Following is more information about this week's new listings:

 

423 Round Lake Park Road, MLS #4834791, listed at $325,000. This four bedroom, two bath bi-level style home has ~2,200 square feet and a quarter acre of property. The property includes lake rights to Round Lake. The house has an eat-in kitchen, back deck, one-car garage and fenced yard.

 

7 Edward Place, MLS #4834683, listed at $337,000. This four bedroom, two and a half bath bilevel home has ~2,000 square feet and close to a quarter acre of land. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The lower level includes a family room, fireplace and fourth bedroom/office. Outside is a deck, fenced-in-yard, patio, two car garage and driveway.

 

30 Winchester Drive, MLS #4835496, listed at $359,900. This bilevel style home has four bedrooms, two and a half baths and ~2,150 square feet of living space. There is an eat-in kitchen, hardwood flooring, french doors in family room, and updated bathrooms with brushed nickel design and tile. Outside is a rear deck, yard, one car garage, .4 acre of property and driveway.

 

23 Pearsall Drive, MLS #4835334, listed at $359,900. This four bedroom, one and a half bath raised ranch has ~1,600 square feet of living area and about a quarter acre of land. The home includes hardwood flooring, recently renovated bathrooms, and new siding. Outside is a deck, above ground pool, level lawn, two-car garage and driveway.

 

47 Barr Lane, MLS #4835426, listed at $359,999. The final home this week is a town house in Meadow Glenn with three bedrooms, two and a half baths and ~2,050 square feet. This is an end unit with hardwood flooring, a living room with natural light, family room with fireplace, and an updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters. Outside is a two car garage, driveway and access to the community clubhouse, pool, and tennis courts.
