It's been weeks since I spent anytime here in the Rain and that is because I have been busy with REAL ESTATE, yes folks, you heard it here! This NH Realtor is busy. Yes, prices are down but buyers are still buying. They are more cautious and very well informed, they take their time in deciding the best home for them, they are putting down more money and having to prove that they can afford it, but THEY ARE OUT THERE!
They are buying every type of home in every price range. True, there are more in the lower price ranges but remember, the sellers are also buying and they are either moving up or downsizing so your home may fit in there for some of them. Keep the faith, your house will sell, it just may not be that instant gratification that we have all become accustomed to in this part of the world.
