The Julia Place Condos is in a great location. It is several blocks to the Outlet Mall, New Orleans Convention Center, World War II Museum, Harrah's Casino,St. Charles Ave. Streetcar Line. and many great places to eat and drink. Julia Street is considered the main street of the New Orleans Warehouse District. A longer walk to the French Quarter and Canal Street. You are several blocks from the Mississippi River.
The Julia Place complex was coinverted into condos in 2005 and 2006. There has been a lot of upgrades done on the building and various amenties. Most units have either lot and garage parking. There is a nice gym on the first floor by the front gate. The elevators take you to all floors and are by the front gate and the mailboxes.
The rooftop is an A Plus Amentie with a Swimming Pool, Clubhouse, Courtyard, Seating and great city views day and night. You can bar b que and drink wine and enjoy the city lights as you sit down.
The management company is across the street on Commerce and Julia. They have a security guy for the weekends. You use a faub to get in the front gate, gym and clubhouse. A Lot of improvements have been done in the last 5 years with no assessments as the reserves are being used to improve lots of the buildings.
