New Video For Facebook Advertising

Just wanted to get some positive and negative critism for this video I developed to reach out to potential homeowners ready to list their house here in my Dyersburg, Tennessee market. There is almost no inventory to sell here as is probable like your market.

I tried to catch their attention early but the video may be too long. I am hoping the people whom I reach on facebook will watch it through to its entirety. Are their other medias I should explore putting this video and any future similiar videos on?

Hi Mike, agree with Kathy's assessment. Generally a good video, but the music is kind of in your face, and the words difficult to follow with the effect. I'd tone it down just a bit. But, that might just be me. :)

I found the music a bit distracting, even ominous. I'd like to see more focus on you and what your services are that will help sellers get their homes sold...make it more personal and unique to you! And I agree the effects with the text made it a bit difficult to focus on what you are supposed to be reading. I agree with your impression it may be too long.

Mike Frazier I am working on learning video. Some tips from video experts is that most people do not watch past about 20-30 seconds so 1 min at most; most listen with sound off so text is important; needs to be mobile friendly. IF someone does watch past the 30 sec mark a more viable lead. What I did on a listing was I did 2 videos on you tube. Then in my remarks I put if you would like further info see here & had a a 2+ min video tour of the house. Have actually had a couple more views of the longer video. Don't know if gurus would tell you to do it that way. I just tried it. Individual is misspelled.
