203k Basics presented like no other presentation
We had that FHA 203k loan basics meeting in Columbia SC with David Sovde, our "go to Consultant" in that area. It was interesting. I don't typically like being an encyclopedia as that is about all you can be when you have lots of the same pieces of the puzzle in the room with you but it was fun and hopefully everyone walked away with something.

We have other programs that can finance investors for non owner occupied properties so bring them to the 203k seminars we put on and let us enlighten you We even have programs that will fund major pool repairs with the purchase and even add a new swimming pool and outdoor recreation amenities.
We will put deals together in the room for your lender and for our consultants. It is a team effort and we need you to help fill the room with all the various puzzle pieces, it is dynamic and works every time. The worst we ever did was 3 loan projects in that two hour presentation, the best was over 50.
