Pali Ke Kua 114 is listed for $969K. The prior sale was for $699K in 11/04. Hanalei Bay Resort 9304/5/6 is priced at $2.1M. It sold for $1.3M in 8/16.

In 7/13, Sandpiper 203 sold for $225K. It was listed for $569K for 3 days then was temporarily withdrawn.

Contingent:

It took only 14 days for Hanalei Bay Villas 14 to go into escrow priced at $899K. The seller purchased this free standing condo for $630K in 7/14.

Sales:

Nihilani 23C sold for $812K cash while priced at $820K. The last sale was in 1/16 for $604K.

Withdrawn:

Emmalani Court 213 has been on the market 196 days priced at $595K. It was withdrawn from the market. It sold for $324K in 2/01.

Sales:

5254 Honoiki sold for $1.345M cash while on the market for $1.339M. The sellers bought this home for $1.750M in 9/07.

Price Changes:

5107 Napookala Circle reduced to $1.835M from $1.895M. Land for the home sold in 5/01 for $245K. The home was built the following year.

4211 Kekuanaoa is now $2.7M after a $295K price drop. The most recent purchase of this home was in 4/11 for $1.1M.
