The American Red Cross Is In Need Of Blood Donations once again, and the church I attend, Ward Street Church of Christ Blood Drive On Wednesday, September 5th., is an excellent opportunity to help alleviate the present shortage. This blood drive has a special meaning to our church because it is being held in honor of one of our long time members who past away earlier this year. During his illness Bob required several blood transfusions, and numerous pints of blood. This is our church and family's way of saying thank you for the blood that Bob received, and a way to give someone else in need of blood the opportunity to receive it.
