Buying a home should be a fun, happy and exciting time with anticipation of finding that perfect place live.

A recent encounter was just the opposite...in fact there were tears

asking for my advice.

My agent wasn't available to show my house and asked me to leave the house unlocked or just put the key under the mat. We keep missing the opportunity to see a home before it's under contract. We lost a house because our agent said it was okay to go under the asking price the first day it was on the market. This is too stressful, I don't want this agent's help anymore...But the agent is our best friend! We are afraid they won't talk with us...ever again.

And why are you telling me?

My response

" I cannot talk to you! You are under contract with an agent!."

Question: If this is a BEST friend...shouldn't they want the very best for you?

Hiring a friend

Should I hire my friend?

Using a best friend as my agent.
